Voter ID Name Change After Marriage Is Free: Why to Do It Early
Aadhaar charges a fee, PAN charges a fee, the passport charges a reissue fee. The Election Commission charges nothing for Form 8, and the replacement EPIC is free in the normal course. Yet it is the update most people leave for last, because they only think of the EPIC at election time.
