Can I Use Images From westbengalnamechange.com? (Quick Answer)
You can link to any page on this website and share the page link on WhatsApp, Facebook or anywhere else, and the preview picture will show on its own. You cannot copy, download and republish our images on another website, in a document, in an advert or on social media as your own post without our written permission. To ask, send the page link and the image you want to use to info@westbengalnamechange.com or WhatsApp 9540005002, and say where and how you will use it. We reply in writing with the terms, including any fee and the credit line to use.
Who Owns the Images on westbengalnamechange.com
Every image made for this website belongs to West Bengal Name Change. That covers the page pictures at the top of our guides, the infographics, the step diagrams and our logo. The same owner is named in the picture details we give to Google, so search engines know where each image comes from.
Some things shown or named on our pages are not ours. Government forms, gazette notifications, official logos and screenshots of government portals belong to the government offices that publish them. We cannot give you a licence for those. Use the official source directly.
What You Can Do With Our Images Without Asking
- Link to any page on this website from your own website, blog or forum post.
- Share a page link on WhatsApp, Facebook, X, LinkedIn or by email. The preview image that appears with the link is fine.
- Quote a short line of text from a guide, with our name and a link back to the page.
- Print a page for your own personal use, for example to carry to an office.
Image Uses That Need Our Written Permission
- Copying an image to another website, app, blog or online listing.
- Using an image in a printed leaflet, poster, book or presentation.
- Posting the image itself (not the page link) on social media.
- Editing, cropping or redrawing an image, or removing our name or logo from it.
- Any use in an advert, or any use that suggests we endorse your business or service.
Permission is given for one stated use. If your use changes later, ask again.
